Randolph County YMCA 2013 Summer Aquatics Classes

Classes will be held at Goodrich Park Pool in Winchester

The YMCA Sharks Swim Team Coaches will run the Summer Swim Lessons program with the older Swim Team members teaching the lessons.

• Days: Monday through Thursday for 2 weeks per session (8 days). Fridays will be used for make-up day
• Time Slots: 9- 9:35 am; 9:45-10:20 am or 10:25-11 am         
• Water Babies for children 6 months – 3 years with parent in water at 10:25-11 am only
• Lap Swimming from 9-11 am; Swimnastics are during the 10-11 am time slot
• Springboard Diving Class from 9-9:45 am (first 3 sessions pending interest)
• Swim/Diving Lessons Cost: $30 per session for Y Members; $40 per session for Program Participants
• Swimnastics/Lap Swim Cost: $15 per session for Y Members; $20 per session for Program Participants

Session Dates for Swim Lessons/ Swimnastics/Lap Swimming (Diving during first 3 sessions only)

Session #1       June 3 – June 14          Make up days, June 7 & 14

Session #2       June 17 – June 28        Make up days, June 21 & 28

Session #3       July 1 – July 12           Make up day July 12 ( no aquatics classes on July 4)

Session #4       July 15 – July 26         Make up days July 19 & 26

New Yoga class starting April 22 @ 6:30pm.  It will be a class for beginners.  Whether this means you are brand new to yoga or have tried yoga a few times but need more instruction, this is the class for you!

Free Walking Club is now meeting on Tuesday and Thursday evenings @ 7:00pm.  Click here for more details: Walking Club  

Sign up now for YMCA Tee Ball. Two divisions: Pee Wee - Ages 3 & 4; Hitters - Ages 5 & 6. Practices will begin the week of May 28th with games starting the week of June 10. All games will be played on the small tee ball diamond in Goodrich Park. Cost will be $30 for Y members; $40 for Program Participants.
